I originally heard about Elite Training Programs from several other successful [Special Operations] selection candidates. My main goals were to be at a fitness level where I was confident enough to attempt my selection and have a diet which would promote recovery.

I notice an increase in power and development of strength in routines I wouldn’t have normally trained. I believe what makes the program different is the constant development and revision. It’s not static so you don’t just adapt, you develop.

My advice for anyone contemplating signing up for the coaching would be: if you have the desire and are willing to make the commitment to train, then it is a must because it will supplement what you put into it and ensure you aren’t wasting hard work by making poor training choices.
